NIASZIIH Healing

Niasziih means vessel of healing. This is an earth based healing modality that works with awareness and deep contact to facilitate the healing of the mind, body and spirit. My intent as a Niasziih student is to create a space in which you can see from a new perspective, allowing movement and shifting in places that may be stuck.

Crystal Healing

Crystals have the energy of the earth. Placing them on specific parts of the body can be very soothing, grounding and help move energy through the body. Creating that energetic flow helps interact with places that we can’t always get to where events and emotions are stored.

1 hour session $95

 

Tuning Fork Attunement

Tuning forks create a sound frequency that help our bodies realign with natural rhythms. Helping the body come back into rhythm can assist in releasing and shifting imbalances, as well as quiet the mind and body to promote a restful state.
