We opened the shop in July 2017 in our hometown of East Aurora, NY. Our intention for the Shop is to provide people with healthy options to help support themselves. We believe health is a balance between the Mind, the Body & the Soul. How can we make a deeper connection with each of those aspects of ourselves, and how can we stay in contact with them? How can we support ourselves and live a healthier and more intentional life?

Our vision for this space is to create an environment where people can feel those aspects of themselves, and what they may need. We encourage people to follow what they feel drawn to when they are here. Our bodies are always communicating with us. What is happening below the surface is just as important as what is happening above it. This is reflected in our tree logo. The roots are just as big and just as important as the trunk and foliage that we see above the surface. How can we take care of all these parts of ourselves, seen and unseen.

The items we sell we have chosen as tools to help people on their journey. Sometimes having a tangible item helps you focus on your specific intention. We hope you enjoy our selection and find items that help you connect with yourself or become beautiful, heartfelt gifts for loved ones.
